If you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. That message is emailed to Thinkata, and a confirmation may be sent to the address you entered. The form does not ask for a phone number, and sending it does not add you to a mailing list.

If you create an account, we store the email address and the name you enter. You can opt in to occasional email about Thinkata. That choice is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off from your account.

If you schedule a call, the button opens a scheduling page run by Calendly. What you enter there is collected by Calendly under its own policy.

Server logs may include your browser type and IP address.

When you use the voice feature, your microphone audio is processed during the session to produce a reply. Thinkata does not keep the audio after the session ends.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information.

To exercise these rights, use the contact form. If the request is about a voice session, send it promptly. The voice provider may still hold a transcript.

The site uses cookies it needs to run. One remembers that you have seen the cookie notice. If you sign in, a session cookie keeps you signed in. Another remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.

Thinkata does not use analytics cookies, and it does not use advertising or cross-site marketing cookies.
